ActivityPro Family Portal
The ActivityPro Family Portal offers residents’ Power of Attorney (POA) and approved family members a window into their loved one’s daily activity involvement. Through the portal, users can view:
- Activities the resident may be interested in attending, based on their past participation.
- A history of their involvement in previous programs.
- The full activity calendar for the resident’s designated Home area.

The POA of Care can request access for family members who wish to join the portal. To begin the account creation process, please contact the Program Facilitator for your Home area.
