Emma Tibbo
Chief Executive Officer
Emma joined the Glebe Centre family in September 2023. She has extensive experience in the health care sector including hospital, community care and diagnostic services. Emma grew up in a tiny village in Scotland, completed her education in Glasgow and Edinburgh and moved to the United States to pursue her career as a Forensic Scientist. She and her husband moved to Canada in the early 2000s and have made Ottawa their home as Emmatransitioned from crime scene analysis to healthcare.
With one son, a high maintenance border collie and a very horizontal cat, life is busy but she always find time for running, gardening and baking. Her scones are a thing of beauty and make a welcome addition to the annual bake sale.
