Lucinda Berklen
Manager of Education and Staff Development
With 7 years as a Registered Nurse and nearly 10 years of experience in Long-Term Care as both a PSW and nurse, Lucie’s passion for geriatrics runs deep. Her journey began with the special bond she shared with her Oma, and over the years, she’s built strong connections that have only strengthened her appreciation for the value of life experience. In November 2024, Lucie moved from Stratford to Ottawa and joined the Glebe Centre team as the Nurse Educator (Manager of Education and Staff Development). In her role, Lucie focuses on promoting education in a positive, supportive way while helping nurses and PSWs grow both individually and as a team.
