Director of Resident Operations
Susan is the Director of Resident Operations, who has been a vital part of the team here at the Glebe Centre. With her dedication, professionalism, and deep compassion, Susan ensures that our residents receive the highest quality of care every day. Susan has over 25 years working in the long-term care sector as well as experience in community education and rehabilitative health. Susan joined The Glebe Centre in 2012 and is currently the Director of Resident Operations and Compliance. Susan leads a dynamic team that oversees Therapeutic Recreation and Music, Volunteers, Spiritual Care, Social Work, Admissions, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. She provides leadership in the development of special programs and initiatives including The Butterfly Model of Care and PSW Living Classroom.
