This production was supported by the Collaborative Research Program: Rehabilitation and Long-term Care, Kenneth G. Murray and the Murray Alzheimer Research and Education Program in the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences at the University of Waterloo: the Sunnybrook and Women’s Research Institute; and the Canadian Nurses Foundation.
