How to Become a Member
Are you 55+ and living in Ottawa? Join The Glebe Centre Community Programs and enjoy a vibrant community of peers, engaging programs, and exclusive perks — all for just $50 per year (HST included).
Membership is valid from January 1 to December 31 of each calendar year.

How to Join
In Person or by phone
Visit or call our Reception Desk (613-230-5730) to complete and purchase a membership. Once your membership is processed, you will receive a membership card, key-tag, and parking pass (if applicable).
By Mail
Complete the Member Registration Form found on the seasonal program guide, detach it, and return it with your cheque or credit card details. Alternatively, you may phone us to provide payment information. On your next visit, please pick up your key-tag, membership card, and parking pass (if applicable).
