When Lauretta Hill moved to Old Ottawa East from the western suburbs, she sought out fitness classes at Abbotsford at the Glebe Centre.  But it’s a long walk from Hill’s home in Grey Stone Village, over the Flora Bridge and to the seniors centre across from Lansdowne Park. She also knows not all seniors in her neighbourhood can trek that far. 

The sun is still shining into the late afternoon, the evenings are cooling down, and the young ones are ‘back to school’. At Abbotsford the Adults 55+ are ‘back to school’ too!
