Download, fill out and return the following documentation:
- Application
- Confidentiality Form
Download and read the following:
- Resident’s Bill of Rights
- Resident/Client Abuse and Neglect Policy: Training for Volunteers and Students
Download and complete the following:
- Accessibility Training (www.accessforward.ca, print off your certificate)
- Worker Health and Safety Training (print off your certificate)
Once you have completed the above steps, contact the Coordinator of Volunteer Services at (613) 238-2727 ext. 353 or email volunteer@glebecentre.ca to set up an appointment.
If you are unable to download the information contact the Coordinator of Volunteer Services and the above paperwork will be made available to you for pick up at our Reception desk located at 77 Monk Street.
At your first meeting, you will be given a letter that will allow for a free police check.
All volunteers are required to have a police check when volunteering with vulnerable people.
Please note you will be required to attend a General Orientation session and applicable training sessions.
We encourage a six-month commitment.
